“Music was an important part of our parents’  lives, from Art playing sousaphone at Middletown High School to coordinating all Ohio Music Camps for The Salvation Army, and Doris playing alto horn in the Pittsburgh Temple Young People’s Band to sharing her ministry through playing the piano.   Recognizing Art’s service as Concert Arrangements Coordinator, the God and Country Concert Committee has established a scholarship with awards presented annually to young musicians.”
